Conference Reception will take place at Guest House KITAYAMA CLUB. It is within walking distance from Kyoto Institute of Technology. Please present your ticket (enclosed in your conference kit) upon entrance.

Gala Dinner (Tuesday, February 2)
Gala Dinner will take place at Ganko Takasegawa Nijoen. Bus transportation is prepared to take you to the dinner venue. As for return trip, participants are kindly asked to take public transportation back to respective hotels. Please present your ticket (enclosed in your conference kit) upon entrance.
